About Four Hills Athlete Development

Four Hills Athlete Development is an Indigenous-owned social work private practice built for ALL athletes, families, coaches, and sport communities who want development that goes deeper than skill.

Four Hills focuses on the full person behind the athlete: their identity, behaviour, emotions, relationships, confidence, culture, leadership, and long-term wellness.

Mission

To help athletes develop the emotional, behavioural, and identity-based foundations needed to succeed in sport and in life.
