Referral Pathways

Four Hills welcomes referrals from coaches, therapists, educators, health professionals, and sport organizations seeking identity-centered, developmentally supportive care for athletes. If you’re working with a young person who may benefit from mental performance coaching, emotional support, or behavioural development in a sport context, we invite you to refer them using our referral form. We respond to all referrals within two business days and ensure every client is contacted with care, confidentiality, and clarity. Not sure if it’s a fit? Reach out for a no-obligation consult—we’re here to support the whole athlete, not just the stat line.

Note: Four Hills is not a crisis response unit. If an athlete or family is in immediate danger or requires urgent mental health support, please contact local emergency services or your regional crisis line.
