The Impact Sessions is a high-performance pilot program designed to help players build the three things that matter most in modern hockey: strong habits, smart decisions, and a confident identity on the ice.

Across two intentional, fast-paced ice times, players will experience a development model used with elite athletes: one that blends hockey IQ, compete level, communication, emotional control, and transferable life skills.

This isn’t a drill-line practice; it’s an immersive environment where athletes learn how to think faster, respond under pressure, and play with purpose.

Each session combines game-situations, decision-making reps, and identity-based reflection so players leave with a clearer sense of who they are, how they contribute, and how to raise the standard of their game.

The Impact Sessions help athletes play better hockey, and become better teammates, competitors, and people through a development experience rooted in self-awareness, accountability, and confidence.
